As of 2019-01-01, this registration is obsolete and has been replace by openLVEM.

Please note that you will need to register under this new platform even if you had registered with the MOU-based mailing lists (e.g., lv-em@gw-astronomy.org , lv-em-observers@gw-astronomy.org) during O1 and O2, or with openlvem@MIT.EDU since the end of O2.
